We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How do you ship?
We ship using USPS First Class/Parcel Post depending on the weight of the package. The shipping charges you see when you purchase are our best estimate of weight based on our sales experience. Once shipped packages will be received in approximately 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your purchase all the way to your doorstep.
- What is your return policy?
Latitude Apparel would like to work with you to resolve any issues with your purchase experience. Please reach out to us via the Contact page. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refund does not include the donation portion of your order (if applicable) or shipping charges.
- What is the "What's Your Latitude?" Movement?

- What specific charities do you donate to and when?
Latitude Apparel will donate money to charities at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December) and announce the recipients via the What's Your Latitude? Facebook community page.
- Is Latitude Apparel available in retail locations?
Currently, Latitude Apparel is exclusively available online. However, we are in the process of rolling out our custom products in select markets around the United States. If you would like to carry Latitude Apparel gear in your store or would like to purchase a custom order, please reach out to us via the Contact page.
International orders will be shipped using USPS First-Class Mail International.
